Packaging

Our packaging philosophy is based on strict guidelines that ensure each product is packaged with the utmost care and dedication.

Each unit of product goes through a precise packaging process where it is safely housed in labeled ziplock plastic bags. It is then placed in a robust paper wrapper. This outer packaging, together with the invoice, is carefully placed in an opaque and weatherproof solid cardboard mailing bag with a shipping label.

As a company that values environmental awareness, we are actively committed to the responsible use of packaging materials. We minimize the use of plastic and strive for shipping practices that are as climate-neutral as possible.

We view your orders not just as products, but as carefully packaged experiences. Our goal is to ensure that your shipments arrive not only safely, but also in compliance with our environmental principles.

We will pack your order as soon as we receive the full invoice amount or our billing provider marks the payment as completed. Please note, however, that this is only possible during our office hours.

We collect the packages on weekdays and hand them over to our shipping partner up to one hour before the end of office hours. If your order is placed on a public holiday or Sunday, it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our DHL standard shipping as a package stands for reliability, efficiency and environmental friendliness. Through the GoGreen program, we guarantee climate-neutral delivery of your shipment.

Every customer receives a tracking number so that they can easily track the shipment.

You also have the option of shipping to DHL Packstations to ensure maximum flexibility in delivery.

In addition, standard shipping includes liability of up to 500 € to provide you with additional security and protection for your shipment.
