Your order ships discreetly, in the smallest suitable packaging. We use recycled shipping materials where that does not put the goods at risk. Available shipping methods are listed further down this page.
EU packaging regulation since August 2026
Since 12 August 2026, Regulation (EU) 2025/40 on packaging and packaging waste (PPWR) applies across the EU. It replaces the previous packaging directive. The aim is less packaging waste, including more compact parcels.
The environment matters to us. We skip unnecessary outer packaging and keep empty space in the parcel as low as product protection allows. We pick the smallest fitting mailer or carton. Extra void fill is added only if the shipment would otherwise not arrive safely.
Product and hygiene protection stay. If an inner pouch is needed, it stays. Anything that only adds volume and does not protect the goods is left out.
How we pack
Each product unit first goes into a zip bag with a hygiene seal. Where possible, that is recycled and recyclable plastic. We then seal it airtight in a welded, recyclable Mylar bag.
The prepared units go into an opaque, weatherproof mailer made from 100% recycled solid board. Larger orders go in sturdy recycled cardboard boxes. We do not enclose printed invoices. The invoice is sent to you immediately by email as a PDF attachment. You can also view it and download the PDF on the order detail page, via your orders.
Discreet shipping
The parcel is neutral: no logo, no reference to Remicals.de. The label only shows the address data needed for delivery.
Age check for new customers
For new customers without a previous age check, the carrier books a visual age check. The parcel is handed over only to adults. ID may be requested at the door.
After a successful delivery with a passed check, later orders skip the visual age check.
Process
We pack once the full invoice amount has arrived or the payment provider has confirmed payment. That only happens during office hours.
Orders are collected through the day and handed to the shipping partner in one batch at the end of the working day. On public holidays and Sundays, dispatch moves to the next working day.
