We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (m/f/d) to join our team on a minijob basis, starting immediately.

This position is 100% remote within Germany. Applicants must work permanently from Germany and have their tax residence in Germany.

You will support us with our day-to-day customer communication and ensure that inquiries are handled in a friendly, reliable, and solution-oriented manner.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handling and responding to customer inquiries
  • Communicating with customers and coordinating internally with our team
  • Tracking and documenting open customer requests
  • Independently handling recurring support cases
  • Organizing and prioritizing your tasks independently while working remotely

What You Bring

  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Friendly, clear, and professional communication skills
  • A reliable and independent approach to your work
  • Initiative and the ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Confidence using digital tools and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Your permanent place of work and tax residence must be in Germany
