On 10 September 2025, an unexpected DHL system outage occurred.

Both the API and the business customer portal were temporarily unavailable, preventing the processing of some orders.

Orders without tracking numbers will ship on 11 September 2025, while all orders with tracking numbers have already been handed over to DHL.

Currently, fraudsters are impersonating Remicals.de and trying to collect orders via WhatsApp.

Please note: Official orders are only possible through our website. Payments to third parties are an attempted fraud.

With the 07/09/2025 update, we fixed several bugs, introduced new features, and optimized existing systems.

Key highlights include stabilized affiliate links, extended address validation (including Google Maps API), and an improved inventory system with transparent reservations.

The SEPA payment reference has also been modernized and can now be scanned via QR code.

In SR-17018 HCL Batch 01/25, minimal residues from Sigma Aldrich filter fibers may be present in rare cases.

These are chemically inert and non-toxic but should be visually checked before further research.

Customers may request a refund or re-ship from Batch 02/25.
