O-DSMT HCL
O-DSMT HCL remains our absolute top product. Demand has been continuously rising for over a year and has now reached historic peak levels. In the last batch, we had days with more than 250 orders in a single day, with several kilograms sold per day. This is the highest demand we have ever recorded.
To meet this growth, we have scaled production once again. For the upcoming batch, we have planned around four times the usual quantity. Even though we have already increased capacity several times in recent months, your orders consistently exceed our forecasts. We are therefore gradually expanding production and logistics to ensure stable availability.

- Orders are processed strictly on a first come, first served basis – the decisive factor is the receipt of payment.
- If the batch sells out, paid orders will automatically be placed on the priority list for the next production.
- We strongly recommend activating the notification function on the product page to be informed immediately as soon as the sale starts.
IC-26 HCL
IC-26 HCL has established itself in recent months as a highly demanded alternative. While O-DSMT HCL is clearly the most popular, the first two IC-26 batches were also sold out within a very short time. This shows that IC-26 HCL is becoming increasingly established in the community.
We will release the new batch in sync with O-DSMT HCL, so you can order both products at the same time. Here too: availability can decrease quickly in times of high demand. Please plan ahead and ensure timely payment if you want to secure your supply.

- Same process as with O-DSMT HCL: automatic prioritization based on payment.
- In the meantime, there may occasionally be a separate availability of small IC-26 HCL leftover stocks. These will appear on the product page as soon as they are added to the system.
SR-17018 HCL
Great news for everyone who pre-ordered SR-17018 HCL. While O-DSMT HCL and IC-26 HCL will only follow in mid-September, SR-17018 HCL will already ship at the end of August. This allows us to enter the market with a clear head start and fulfill the large number of pre-orders right away.
Since this is the first official batch, interest is correspondingly high. Pre-orders will be automatically prioritized and shipped first. At the same time, we are already working on the next batches to ensure continuous availability for you.

How to secure your supply

Make sure your login credentials work and your account is active. - Validate your address
Carefully check your shipping address (name, street, postal code, city). Errors lead to returns and delays in delivery. - Order & Payment
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received. Unpaid orders will be automatically canceled after a short time (7 days).
Our fulfillment system is fully automated. The warehouse team works exclusively with generated packing lists and shipping labels that are created directly from our system. This setup allows us to ensure stable processing times and smooth scaling, even during periods of high order volumes.
Important for everyone paying via SEPA bank transfer: Please make sure to always enter the correct payment reference (your order number). Only then can our system assign the payment automatically. If the order number is missing or incorrect, the allocation must be done manually. This leads to processing delays and sometimes clashes with our automated workflow – especially during peak phases, when order volumes are particularly high.
