The past two days brought an overwhelming number of orders — over twelve times our usual baseline (based on the average of the past 12 months). Our entire team has been working at full speed to process as many orders as possible in a short time. We want to thank every one of you for your trust, patience, and incredible support.
We’re now fully focused on preparing the next batches of O-DSMT HCL and IC-26 HCL, which are already close to being ready. To ensure a smooth process, we’re pausing regular sales until August 4, 2025. If we’re able to relaunch sooner, we’ll let you know right here in the news section.
Pre-orders for SR-17018 HCL are already underway as well. We’re working hard behind the scenes to bring this product to market as soon as possible. Further details will be published in a separate news update soon.
Leftovers & Spontaneous Availability
During this break, some items may temporarily become available. These include returns, canceled B2B orders, or internal stock reserves. Whenever that happens, the product will show up in the shop as “Available” — but please note: quantities are extremely limited and tend to sell out quickly.
Also important: some shopping carts still contain reserved items that were never finalized. Our system has now automatically cleared all unpaid orders that are over 7 days old. Affected customers have already received an email notification about this cleanup process.
If we made a mistake — for example, if you already paid but your order was canceled — please don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support. We’ll clarify everything quickly and transparently.

- We’re actively developing and improving our internal software to enhance your overall experience — from product discovery to shipment tracking.
