Update 07.10. 20:22:
We have been able to process a very large number of orders and hand them over to DHL, but some will have to wait until tomorrow.

Our October update introduces major improvements:
enhanced address validation, a new automatic vacation mode, and upgraded internal tools for customer support. Additionally, several checkout, shipping cost, and UI bugs have been fixed for a smoother user experience.

We’re also sharing an exclusive preview of our AI assistant Remi, designed to handle support requests automatically in the future.

As announced, we have ended the introductory discount for IC-26 HCL after two months and returned to the regular price.

This ensures long-term product availability and stability.

We’ve updated our website:
company vacations are now clearly visible, and our regular business hours have been adjusted.

Customers benefit from more transparency on vacations and shipping times.

All open orders placed before Sep 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM have been shipped.

New orders will only be shipped again after our vacation from Sep 24 to Oct 6, 2025 (we’re back on Oct 6).

Today we processed a large part of all orders – all with a tracking number are already on the way.

All remaining orders will follow tomorrow.

Unfortunately, our customer support is only partially available on September 18 and 19 due to illness.

All incoming orders will be processed as usual.

Starting September 20, we will once again be fully available for you.

On 10 September 2025, an unexpected DHL system outage occurred.

Both the API and the business customer portal were temporarily unavailable, preventing the processing of some orders.

Orders without tracking numbers will ship on 11 September 2025, while all orders with tracking numbers have already been handed over to DHL.
