Regular shipping resumes on Monday, 14 September 2026.
As of Tuesday, 8 September 2026 we have moved outgoing mail to a new mail server. The delivery problems since late August are resolved for now.
As before, the server is used only for Remicals and sits in the same private infrastructure as the shop. The shop, orders and shipping are not affected.

As of Tuesday, 1 September 2026, DHL has fully restored our business customer account. All DHL functions are working again.
UPS remains integrated as a shipping partner. Further carriers will follow, so you can choose in checkout how your order goes out.

As of Monday, 31 August 2026 we are shipping again. We have added UPS as an additional shipping partner.
Shipping now costs 11.90 € instead of 5 €. Free shipping starts at a cart value of 100 €. These are the rates UPS could offer us at short notice. We intend to adjust them later.
We are working through open orders in sequence. New orders placed today go into processing tomorrow, and so on, until the backlog is cleared. Thank you for your patience.
Our DHL business customer account is currently restricted. As a result, new shipments may be delayed, while some parcels already handed over to DHL appear to be getting returned to us. We have not yet received a definitive explanation from DHL. According to its sales team, our contract remains active.
We are in close contact with DHL and are simultaneously working to integrate additional shipping providers. This implementation may take a few more days.
Our customer support team is also currently working through a backlog. Two new colleagues will be joining the team over the coming days to help process outstanding tickets. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Outgoing email is currently unreliable. As of Monday, 24 August 2026, order confirmations, support replies and similar mail may land in spam or not arrive at all.
We are already working on a fix. The shop, orders and shipping are not affected.
If a mail is missing, check your spam folder first. We are still hiring a customer support employee (m/f/d) because of the high workload: job openings.
As of Saturday, 22 August 2026, we have successfully produced the initial pilot batch of our own research product.
It is a defined phenolic small molecule belonging to a nitrogen-containing class of compounds, with potential relevance to various Family A GPCRs. We will disclose its final name, complete structure and stereochemistry only after the independent characterisation has been completed.
According to our preliminary assessment, the compound currently falls neither within any substance group covered by Schedule 1 of the NpSG nor among the individual substances listed in Schedule 2.
We currently expect independent analysis, process optimisation, specification development and the establishment of reproducible manufacturing to take approximately six months.
Order volume has been high enough that we are underwater. This week, as of Friday, 21 August 2026, we have run a night shift every day.
