We would like to inform you about a significant change in our shipping offer. Since our founding, we have always offered you DHL Express shipping as an option for your orders. However, after careful consideration and intensive internal consultation, we have decided to remove DHL Express shipping from our range for the time being.
This decision is based on several important factors:
- Logistical restrictions:
Our dependence on a branch turned out to be problematic, as we usually process orders via Packstations. Unfortunately, the use of Packstations in combination with DHL Express shipping is not possible. - No time advantage in processing:
Despite the higher shipping costs, DHL Express shipping is no different from a regular order in our internal processing. This means that express shipments may not be processed any faster than regular shipments. - Complex handling:
Handling express shipments requires additional effort, which makes processing more difficult. - High costs:
We offered DHL Express at a price of €15 plus 19% VAT (€17.85 in total). Unfortunately, DHL's internal costs sometimes exceeded twice this amount, which made the offer economically unviable for us.
For these reasons, we have decided to discontinue DHL Express shipping with immediate effect. However, we are committed to continuing to offer you reliable and cost-effective shipping options that meet your expectations.
