we would like to inform you about some important changes in shipping. As you may already know, we no longer offer DHL Express. Now we also have to make adjustments to standard shipping.
But don't worry: free standard shipping will continue to be available for orders within Germany - of course in the usual quality. The changes only affect shipping to Austria. Due to increased costs, we are unfortunately no longer able to offer free shipping to Austria.
For shipping to Austria in the "2 KG package with tracking" category, DHL charges a fee of €14.49, in contrast to the €5.49 within Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot pass these additional costs on to our products, as this would increase the overall prices. Therefore, we now charge a surcharge of €15.00 for orders to Austria. This fee will be displayed directly in the checkout process if you select Austria as the delivery country. Otherwise, it will be added after the order has been completed.
