The issue was caused by a fault within our email system. In some cases, registration and confirmation emails could not be delivered correctly or on time. As a result, some users were temporarily unable to complete their registration or confirm their newly created customer account.
The cause has now been identified and fully resolved. Our automated system emails are being delivered correctly again, and account registration is once more available without restrictions.
