We have implemented important updates on our website and within our company policy to provide our customers with greater transparency and planning reliability.
New Vacation Overview
On our About Us page, we have added a clear overview of all upcoming company vacations. Customers can always see when parts of or the entire team are on holiday. During a company vacation, the following applies:
- a clearly visible banner is displayed across the entire website
- all products are automatically set to “Unavailable,” including a vacation notice
- the next processing date (usually the next working day after the vacation) is shown
This ensures customers are always well-informed in advance.
Adjusted Business Hours
We have aligned our business hours with our real-world operations:
- Monday – Thursday: 09:30 – 18:00
- Friday: 09:30 – 17:00
Please note: Customer support staff work with flexible schedules, meaning support tickets may be processed outside these hours. However, our warehouse is only staffed during the official opening times.
Shipping Times
Orders placed up to one hour before closing (Monday – Thursday by 17:00, Friday by 16:00) will be shipped the same day. Customers will automatically receive a tracking number. Orders placed later will be processed the following business day.
