Company Holiday from June 25 to June 27, 2025

We'd like to inform you about an upcoming period where our regular shipping and support services will be temporarily limited. From Wednesday, June 25 to Friday, June 27, 2025, our entire team will be on company leave.

During this time, no shipments will be processed, and customer support will only be available for urgent issues, and with delays. The reason for this is an internal offsite event focused on team-building and strengthening our operational foundation. This investment in our staff allows us to serve you even better in the long run.

🚨 Last Shipping Opportunity Before the Break

All orders placed and fully paid by Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 5:00 PM (CEST) will still be processed and shipped the same day by 6:00 PM (End of Business Day).

Please note: The decisive factor is the receipt of payment, not the time of order placement.

  • PayPal: Payments are usually confirmed instantly and count as received immediately.
  • Credit Card: Transactions are processed in real time and are instantly recorded.
  • Klarna: Payments may be delayed depending on Klarna's processing time. Please plan accordingly.
  • Bank Transfer (Prepayment): Bank processing may take up to 3 business days. We recommend paying early.
  • Cryptocurrencies (e.g., Bitcoin): Due to a known issue with our system's conversion display, we ask crypto customers to contact us before paying. We'll provide the correct rate manually.

If your payment arrives after the cutoff, shipping will resume after our return, starting June 30, 2025.
