Why the banner disappeared
Our previous Trustpilot profile is currently unavailable. As a result, the Trustpilot API only returns a null dataset, forcing us to temporarily remove the Trustpilot banner from our homepage.
Facing challenges
Long-time customers may remember Easter 2025, when our infrastructure was targeted by sustained DDoS attacks while we continued offering O-DSMT and IC-26 without dramatically increasing prices. Our infrastructure successfully mitigated these attacks.
Since our reboot, we have again observed activities that give us the impression that attempts are being made to damage our reputation. However, successfully delivered orders and genuine customer feedback speak for themselves.
Our new products
Both products have already generated a significant number of repeat purchases. Returning customers are one of the strongest indicators that our products and customer service meet expectations.
