For 7-Hydroxy Mitragynine Powder, the lab test for batch 08/26 was stored as the active lab test because of an error. The current batch is 10/26. That batch has a different lab test.
What was stored incorrectly
The file for batch 08/26 was set as the active lab test: Lab test batch 08/26.
That file does not describe the batch we currently ship.
What is correct
The correct document is the lab test for batch 10/26. That is the current batch: Lab test batch 10/26.
What this means for you
If your pouch shows batch 10/26, that is the current batch. The matching lab test is the file for batch 10/26.
The lab test for batch 08/26 belongs to an older batch. It was only set as the active test by mistake.
Batch in the PDF
The exact batch is now written in the PDF files as well. If a mix-up like this happens again, the file itself shows which batch you are holding.
How this happened
This happened as a result of the identity check update.
A developer had unfortunately not updated the CMS correctly on their feature branch before it was merged and deployed. That left the lab test for batch 08/26 set as the active test.
This is a mistake that should not have happened.
