Unfortunately, a wave of illness affected our entire small business, leading to significant delays in orders placed between September 23 and October 1, 2024.
As a small team with specialized roles, it’s been challenging to compensate for such an unforeseen situation, as not every team member can take over all tasks. Additionally, we prioritize maintaining the highest hygiene standards to prevent any possible contamination of our products, further ensuring the safety and quality of everything we deliver.
To keep things as transparent as possible, we offered our customers two options:
- A hassle-free cancellation with a 100% refund.
- Or, upon delivery, a goody based on the order quantity.
We sincerely thank all of our customers for their patience and trust in us during this time. All orders have now been shipped, and we even pulled an all-nighter to get it done – celebrated with pizza and mozzarella sticks!
