On , our warehouse will exceptionally remain completely closed. The reason for this is unavoidable construction work on the premises, which prevents access to our facilities. This is a case of force majeure – unfortunately, we have no influence over the process or the duration of these measures and cannot maintain operations on this day.
Why is this necessary?
The construction work directly affects the infrastructure around our warehouse. Safety regulations do not allow us to grant access to employees or delivery services. Even limited operations or partial shipments are unfortunately not possible under these circumstances.
As frustrating as it may be: we are bound to comply with the contractor’s requirements and have no room for maneuver.
What does this mean for your order?
- Orders can still be placed as usual through our shop – only shipping will be paused on August 25, 2025.
- All pending shipments that cannot be processed by Monday will be dispatched immediately starting from .
- Pre-orders of SR-17018 HCL will be shipped with the highest priority starting Tuesday. We will process the queue strictly in the order of payment receipt.
- You will automatically receive tracking information as soon as your package has been handed over to DHL.
What happens afterwards?
From Tuesday onwards, we will be back at full capacity. Our team will work with maximum effort to clear all delays and get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Please note that in the days following the pause, there may be slightly longer processing times due to the backlog – however, we will do everything we can to handle orders as quickly as possible.
