Important Operational Update: Shipping Paused
Due to ongoing construction work at our warehouse, we are currently only able to ship orders in a very limited capacity. The construction directly affects our hygiene room, where packaging is carried out under strict regulations. Because of construction dust, we cannot consistently guarantee the required hygiene standards – which makes the room partially unusable.
Current Situation
Our products such as IC-26 HCL, O-DSMT HCL and SR-17018 HCL are in stock but cannot be shipped under normal circumstances at the moment. If we are able to temporarily use the hygiene room, we will do so – as on , when we processed and shipped all open orders.
Official Shipping Schedule
Orders can still be placed in the shop. Officially, regular shipping will resume on . From this date onward, we will be able to operate again without restrictions.
Unofficially, there is a chance that we might ship some orders earlier – but only if the hygiene room becomes usable in the meantime. This depends entirely on construction progress and cannot be guaranteed.
Overnight Shift for SR-17018
To accommodate you as much as possible, we already worked an overnight shift on . All pure SR-17018 pre-orders were processed and are already on their way to you.
