Hi,
outgoing email is currently unreliable. As of Monday, 24 August 2026, order confirmations, support replies and similar mail either land in spam for some recipients or do not arrive at all.
The order itself is not gone. Often only the mail is missing. We are already working on a fix.
What is changing
Mail sent from Remicals.de is unreliable right now. That mainly hits automatic confirmations and replies from support.
If you are waiting on a mail and see nothing: check spam or junk first. If it is not there, check the order or ticket in your account, not only your inbox.
Why this is happening
Our email sending is not getting through cleanly. Some messages are filed as spam, others never reach the recipient.
We are leaving the technical details out. What matters: the problem is on our side in email delivery, not in your order.
What is affected
- Order confirmations and other automatic mail after an order
- Support replies to tickets and requests
- other shop mail, where it goes out by email
What is not affected
Shop, checkout, payment, packing and shipping keep running. An order without a confirmation mail is still placed if it appears under My Orders.
Tickets in your account are not affected. The request arrived, even if the reply mail is missing. Open tickets are under My Support Tickets.
What this means for you
- No confirmation mail after an order: check spam. Then look under My Orders. If the order is there, it arrived.
- No reply to a ticket: check spam. Do not send the same request more than once. You can see the status under My Support Tickets.
- You need support: keep using a support ticket. Include the order number and the time.
What we are doing
We are already working on a fix so mail arrives reliably again and does not land in spam. Once sending is stable, we will update this page.
