We are excited to announce that O-DSMT HCL is back in stock! 🎉 Unfortunately, due to the holiday season, the turn of the year, and employee vacations at our laboratory partners, there were significant production delays. Additionally, December posed an unexpected challenge with a fivefold increase in orders – we completely miscalculated our planning.
We deeply appreciate your trust and patience! 🙏 All orders placed during the out-of-stock period will soon be processed and shipped.
Update on IC-26
Over the past months, we have worked hard to ensure the highest quality for IC-26. We have tested multiple suppliers and numerous product samples, but unfortunately, none met our strict quality standards. The extremely unpleasant odor of the samples, in particular, was a major issue.
Currently, we have a small supply of IC-26 that does not meet our quality standards. As a result, we would like to cancel and fully refund all pre-orders, as promised.
Here’s how to request a refund:
Please create a support ticket or send an email to support@remicals.de including the following details:
- Your bank details (IBAN/BIC)
- Your order number (as a reference)
Important: We cannot directly refund payments made via Klarna or credit card, so we need your bank information for the refund.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and assure you that we are still working on IC-26. We hope to offer you a product soon that meets our high-quality standards.
