Since last week, our order processing has been affected by extensive warehouse renovation work. These improvements are still ongoing this week as we optimize our workflows, install new shelving systems, and modernize the shipping area.
At the same time, our order volume has dramatically increased compared to last week – far more than expected. Despite this surge, our team worked a night shift until 4:00 AM to ensure that all orders from Monday, October 20 2025, were handed over to DHL and dropped off at the Packstation for immediate dispatch.
All customers should have already received their tracking numbers via email or in their account.
