In connection with the upcoming amendment to the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG) by the Federal Council (Printed Matter 534/25), we have decided to pause the sale and shipping of the following products as a precautionary measure:
- O-DSMT HCl
- IC-26 HCl
- SR-17018 HCl
All currently open orders have been paused until a final legal assessment is available. After consulting with our attorney, we will decide whether to execute or cancel the orders.
The exact date of the change's effective date has not yet been determined. However, based on the current status, it can be assumed that the regulation will probably come into force in November.
This decision is purely precautionary and serves to ensure legally compliant implementation of the legal requirements as well as our own commitment to transparency and responsibility towards our customers.
