The regulatory situation surrounding new psychoactive substances in Germany continues to evolve. In addition to recent amendments to the New Psychoactive Substances Act (NpSG), a recent decision by the Cologne Administrative Court concerning 1Fe-LSD and 4-PrO-MET represents an important new legal development.
Importantly, the court did not consider either substance to be covered by the current NpSG. Instead, the specific distribution of the substances in tablet or pellet form was considered prohibited under European Novel Food legislation.
We have revised our payment pricing structure:
Klarna, PayPal and other payment methods that previously carried additional fees can now be used without additional payment charges.
Instead, our product prices have been increased uniformly by 2.5%. This means that the average cost of payment processing is now included directly in the product price, regardless of which available payment method you choose at checkout.
