Our packaging philosophy is based on clearly defined standards that ensure that every order is prepared with the utmost care, security, and discretion. We place particular emphasis on sustainability and the use of recycled materials.
Multi-level protection for your order
Each product unit is first packaged in a plastic zip-lock bag and provided with a hygiene seal. Wherever possible, we use recycled plastic, which is, of course, also recyclable. The package is then hermetically sealed in a high-quality Mylar bag, which is welded and also recyclable. This ensures that your products are optimally protected while being packaged in a resource-efficient manner.
Discreet and Neutral Packaging
All orders are shipped in neutral packaging – completely without any logo or reference to Remicals.de. The shipping label only contains the necessary address information for delivery. This guarantees discreet shipping that protects your privacy at all times.
Recycled Shipping Materials
The prepared products are placed in an opaque, weatherproof shipping bag made of 100% recycled cardboard. For larger orders, we use sturdy recycled cardboard boxes to ensure safe transport. We deliberately avoid printed invoices. You can find your order documents digitally in your customer account at any time.
Age Verification for New Customers
In order to comply with legal requirements, we only ship orders from new customers who have not yet undergone age verification with a visual age verification by our shipping service provider. This ensures that our products are only delivered to customers of legal age.
Environmentally Friendly and Climate-Conscious Shipping
As a responsible company, we consistently use environmentally friendly packaging and reduce the use of plastic to a minimum. Our goal is to make shipping not only safe and discreet, but also as climate-neutral as possible.
Packaging and Shipping Process
Your order will be packaged as soon as we have received the full invoice amount or our billing provider has confirmed payment. Please note that this is only possible during our office hours.
All orders are collected throughout the day and handed over to our shipping partner in bulk at the end of the business day. Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays are automatically shipped the following business day.
