As a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB). No justification is required – just send the items back and notify us.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
This right does not apply to items made to your specification or clearly tailored to personal needs, perishable goods, or products with short shelf life. Sealed items (such as those with hygiene seals) are also excluded if unsealed after delivery. In the case of digital content or services, the right of withdrawal lapses once you have expressly agreed to the execution before the end of the withdrawal period.
