Update on current order status
We have now processed and shipped all pre-packed orders. If your order has not yet received a tracking number, it will be handled by at the latest.
Important note regarding IC-26 HCL
IC-26 HCL batch 02/25 is completely sold out. If you ordered IC-26 HCL but haven’t received a tracking number yet, you can choose from the following options:
- Priority shipping with the next batch – usually several days before the official shop listing.
- 100% refund either as store credit (if you’d like to switch to another product) or directly via your original payment method.
We will contact you in the coming days, but you can also reply to your order confirmation email and let us know your choice already – that would help us a lot in planning.
Current restrictions
- Construction at warehouse: until approx. . During this period, our hygiene room can only be used twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
- Team vacation: from to (inclusive). During this time, no orders will be processed or shipped.
Small team, rapid growth
We are currently facing record-breaking demand – both in order volume and sales. Our company consists of just four full-time employees, and not everyone works in the warehouse. Two staff members are dedicated exclusively to customer support, leaving only two working in the warehouse. On top of that, our two temporary workers are currently unavailable. As a result, our capacity is very limited.
Support overload
Our support team has also been flooded with inquiries. There are still a number of open tickets waiting to be processed. Please bear with us – we’re working through everything systematically, but it takes time.
We also want to be transparent: we cannot burden our employees with constant overtime. Legal rest periods must be respected, and maintaining a healthy work environment is key. For example, if work continues until 11:30 PM as it did last Thursday, then staff will not be expected back before 1:00 PM the next day – and that’s how it should be. Only this way can we maintain sustainable quality.

- IC-26 HCL batch 02/25: sold out.
- O-DSMT HCL: around 30% of the batch sold.
- SR-17018 HCL: around 25% of the batch sold.
Our lab colleagues are already hard at work on the next production run. This time, output will be four times larger than before. The new batch will be available immediately after our team vacation, starting from . This ensures we are fully operational again and can reliably supply you after the break.
