The shipping process for the current batch is well underway. A large portion of orders has already been processed and handed over to DHL. Many customers should have received an email with their tracking number by now.

Our inventory has been fully processed and is now ready for dispatch. We are currently preparing orders for shipment, and tracking information is being sent out to customers in batches.

IC-26 HCL:
We have processed all IC-26 HCL orders as far as our stock allowed. If you have not received a tracking number by now, unfortunately your order could not be fulfilled, as the entire batch is now sold out. You will receive an email from us later today with more information and your available options (refund or reservation for the next batch).
O-DSMT HCL:
We are currently packaging the latest batch of O-DSMT HCL, so it's not yet ready for dispatch. We will update this news post throughout the day – if you're waiting for an O-DSMT order, please check back here regularly for the latest status.

This past weekend, we once again received an exceptionally high number of orders — especially for O-DSMT HCL and IC-26 HCL. The demand has exceeded our current inventory, meaning we are temporarily unable to fulfill all incoming orders immediately.
As always, we follow a strict first come, first served policy. Orders are processed chronologically and shipped out as long as stock is available. If your order cannot be fulfilled from the current batch, we will contact you directly.
Your options if affected
For affected orders, we offer the same two fair solutions we always provide:
- Reserve stock from the next batch
Your order will be placed on hold and prioritized for shipment as soon as the next batch arrives. You won’t need to reorder — your quantity is secured. - Immediate refund
If you prefer not to wait, you can always request a full and prompt refund. No questions asked.
Why does this happen regularly?
Many of you are already familiar with our operating model: We work with small, carefully planned batches to ensure the highest possible product quality. As an independent business with no external investors, we fund and manage each production run ourselves — meaning there are no massive warehouses or excess inventory sitting idle.
In recent months, we’ve seen a continued and exponential increase in demand. That’s a great sign — and we’re grateful — but it also pushes our production and logistics to their limits. Our team across support, logistics, packaging, and fulfillment is working hard every single day to keep up with the pace while maintaining our usual standards.
When will products be available again?
Based on current planning, we expect both O-DSMT HCL and IC-26 HCL to be back in stock during the first week of August. We’ll share a separate update with confirmed release dates as soon as we have reliable lab and logistics data from our partners.
