All open orders that entered the "In Progress" status before Sep 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM have been fully processed.
Each customer should have already received a tracking number and can follow their shipment as usual.
Orders placed after Sep 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM will not be shipped until after our vacation.
Our entire team will be on vacation from Sep 24 until Oct 5, 2025. Starting Oct 6, 2025, we’ll be back in full operation and will immediately resume shipping all pending orders.
If you don’t want to wait until after our vacation, you can request a refund through our customer support. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that our customer support is very limited during vacation, so response times may take longer than usual.
